Naked & Afraid of Love

I never set out to be on a TV show - Life had something else in mind.

One day, I received a message from a casting agent inviting me to interview for Naked & Afraid of Love. I had no media presence, no connections in the entertainment world, and barely had any followers on social media. It didn’t make any sense - except that it did.

 

I felt in my bones that this was a divine invitation, a call to step into something greater. Not for fame or attention, but for transformation and inspiration in front of an audience.

 

For years, I shaped myself around who I thought I should be - pleasing others at my own expense, hiding my truth, and searching for love by dimming my light. I was disconnected from who I truly was.

I didn’t always know what self-love really meant.

 

Being chosen to live naked on a remote island wasn’t just a physical challenge - it was a spiritual initiation. With no distractions, mirrors, or roles to play, I was left with one thing: me. For the first time in my life, I had the space to hear my own heart, to connect with the beauty of the world around me, and to meet my authentic self, the woman I had abandoned through years of trying to be who others wanted me to be.

 

That experience cracked me open. I slowed down. I let go. I came home to myself.

 

And in that stillness, I met the real me: wild, soft, powerful, and free. The version of me that didn’t need to chase love - because she was love.

 

When I began living from that place - grounded in self-love and unapologetic authenticity - everything changed. My energy shifted. My desires became clearer. I stopped settling.

 

And from that space, my soulmate found me.

 

Not because I played a role or followed a script, but because I was radiating self love & worth. Love came easily once I fully became my authentic myself.
